Suzan is one of the most thoughtful people you will ever meet. She's one of those people who, when you're talking, listens with her entire being.
She is passionate about elevating connection and passion within relationships, and the impact that our relationships have on the rest of our lives.
She lives in Ottawa and loves planning adventures and "first dates" with her husband of six years, Scott.
You + Impact: What does the word "impact" mean for you?
ME + SPARKING CONNECTION. Impact means that I inspire people to get curious about their partners, to ask questions and really listen for the answer, and to courageously go to places they never thought about going in their relationship.
You + Aliveness: What makes you feel most alive?
ME + VULNERABILITY & PLAYFULNESS. I feel most alive when I allow myself to be vulnerable (completely myself) and playful. Many of us try to be something others want us to be and that's a shame because it means we are hiding a part of our beauty. It takes courage to fully accept and share yourself exactly the way you are. I challenge everyone to share everything including the parts that are light and dark, happy and sad, competent and oblivious, strong and frail, goofy and serious.
