Fireside Chat Led by Andy Stoll
Spend time in this fireside chat with social entrepreneur and traveler Andy Stoll, who completed a 4 year, 40 country solo trip around the world.
Traveling around the world may be one of our biggest collective dreams, yet few it seems ever make it happen. In this session, we'll talk travel and explore how (and why) around the world travel is cheaper, easier and more rewarding than most of us can even imagine.
Andy Stoll is a serial social entrepreneur and producer. Growing up he traveled throughout the US, but never had the opportunity to leave the country. Set on solving that problem, and with the desire to better understand how the world works, Andy set off on what would become a 4-year, 40-country, solo trip around the world ;where he lived in a Buddhist Temple in Korea, worked in a dress factory in Bangkok, lived in a mud hut village in Zambia and hunted down an ancient tribe of magicians in the slums of India. Since then, Andy's founded a half-dozen businesses and organizations focused on fostering creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation in communities across the country and around the world.
